Prestige Adult Foster Care is CARF accredited and MassHealth funded program. We provide 24-hour personalized care to individuals with varying medical, physical and cognitive challenges.
We ensure that these individuals are able to maintain their dignity and pursue satisfying daily activities, with the assistance of trained, in-home family or non-family caregivers.
Our History
We are located in Worcester, Massachusetts, and began operations in the Fall of 2016. We are duly managed by a team of diverse and highly skilled individuals who are focused on adopting innovative approaches in the provision of first-rate care to our members/clients.
Additionally, through our services we ensure that benefiting individuals are able to maintain their independence and that their innate rights and freedoms are protected.
Adult Foster Care (AFC) supports people who need assistance due to:
