What are your admission policies/eligibility requirements?
To be eligible for our services, members/clients must be: 16 years old or older, unable to live alone due to a medical, physical, and or mental challenges, and require assistance with one or more activity of daily living (ADL). For more details, you can visit our Eligibility page.
How long can members/clients receive services?
As long as the eligible member/client meets the qualification criteria, they can receive care anywhere from a few months to a couple of years.
Are members/clients and caregivers required to live together?
Yes. Members/Clients and caregivers need to live together to ensure the provision of 24-hour daily care and supervision.
How are clients and caregivers matched?
The matching process is a voluntary process done by the member’s/client’s agency or family. Several factors are taken into consideration when selecting an appropriate placement, including, but not limited to, physical needs, location, personalities, and preferences.
